Tideswell Dales

Another visit to the spectacular Dales in Derbyshire.    This is a very pleasant walk through 5 dales...Tansley, Cressbrook, Water-cum-Jolly, Miller's and Tideswell.

All in about 12 K of spectacular walking.  Not difficult but some parts can be wet by the river.  

BY CAR

Meet at the memorial in the centre of Tideswell, kitted up and ready to go at 10.00.  GR  152 757 approx.   Post code SK17 8LA approx.  There is plenty of free road parking, and if required tea rooms and pubs at the end of the walk.

BY TRAIN

Piccadilly  8.24    to Chapel In le Frith   9.13

Offers of car lifts from Chapel to the start of the walk much appreciated please.  Let me know if you need a lift.
